It sounds simple but from learning and then implementing that it took about 8 months.

The thing about storage is that you can monetize your customers in several different ways than just the monthly rent that all of a sudden the deal becomes awesome so, as you can guess, one of my critical items on the checklist is things not currently being implemented that could be implemented in order to monetize each customer.

Joel, that is a very good item to implement, in fact, most pest control companies have these types of sheets already made up and give them to customers, you should be able to access them from reputable companies

It takes a life time of experience, education to learn, implement, analyze your financial reports and accounting.

I personally use Propertyware and it has changed my life since I implemented it.  

I'll be sure to implement those questions in my sit-downs with lenders.
