I want to say don't be greedy.

It is scary how greedy self centered people can be.

It is not a fair comparison when comparing a small landlord with a few houses to a day trader with years of experience.

You know the "all landlords are greedy rapacious bas#W$s"...nice work making that argument more appealing to people.

Dont get greedy, but make it palatable for them to pay for it.
