There are probably less than 1,000 total properties that fit our current criteria. 

Plenty of lenders are still closing on mixed-use with rehab, you just need to find the right resources, and your scenario has to fit.

We were approached with this and I initially thought it would be a great fit, but went home and got chewed out about the toxic chemicals and liability.
