I would recommend getting an expert in your area to come out and bid the job before moving forward.If the home is needing to be moved inches on a side then you will end up with cracked drywall, doors that don't close, windows that can't be opened.. and a bunch of other issues.Run away... run very far away from that deal. 100K isn't enough for a full rehab an major foundation fixes.
