Having a large enough portfolio for this strategy to work is a big undertaking and not worth it for many many people myself included.

@Shaun Reilly My point is that I would feel stupid undertaking an approach that tries to remarket listed properties to people that have more experience than me and have already passed on the property at a lower price.

It can be a massive undertaking.
