I would say the average may vary, and I have some outliers that push my average up, like two tenants over five years, and then a few who leave after a year bringing it back down, but I would say for my operation, six units currently, I am in Ned's range of 3-3.5 years, but it was shorter when I started as I made the mistake of doing six month and even seasonal worker leases, for tourism.
