Independence Title in Fort Luderdale does a lot of investor closings, including double closings, but not Dry closings.....you'll need money or transactional funding for the AtoB closing.  

They immediately dried the floor and cleaned it up.

If you hire a bad one they will milk you dry ( usually claiming it's all the counties fault) if you hire s good one they will give you realistic expectations.

Another pointlless thread....Some of you put off the image your a "proven" investor but you should never reply on a wholesaler or anyone else for that matter to give you any numbers other than the address....Whats new, some wholesalers give bad numbers, well lets flip it, i wholesale and flip and guess what, investors try to snake you, they try to drain the deal dry.

So i have spoken with two brokers in the past three months, i had a very hard time getting the first guy to call me back, he missed appointments, didn't return emails and just left me high and dry.

It's dry and hot so there are few overgrown weeds and has little landscaping.  

The basement was bone dry during my last visit but it has been raining a LOT ever since. 

I was able to find an excellent dry wall guy when were opening our store.

I know in Oregon its not as cut and dry as in other areas... and since these homes can't be moved it could cause a problem in that regard..
