Pros: MLS access; in tune with the market (because I work every day); no commissions when I buy for myself even if they are listed; reduced fees when I list my own properties for sale; working with people with the same passions that I have; meeting top notch people in the industry and gaining from their experience; being able to attend classes that are  not open to the public; education...and I am sure there are more.
