They want you to get your license though because your worth is significantly lower while you are not licensed because you're not allowed to communicate with other Agents about most things they might be calling the office about, nor accessing homes, nor talking to clients in anything other than a receptionist capacity.If they find you valuable once you start, they might ask you to show homes for them, or to do some of the work that they like the least.

Even if you're shot down right away in the phone call you're learning to take on failure and how to communicate on the investment/management level.

Keep up the communication and make them aware that you care about their trip.

For the past two days I haven't received ANY communication back from the tenants.

I've had constant communication with several members of their team.

By then, we could communicate directly and had met in person.

That being said- If your current accountant is open to being in communication and working as a team with a REI accountant that would definitely help things!

Also, you need to balance the fine line between respecting your JV partner's time and getting the communication that you expect.  4)  Review the JV agreement. 

My notice will provide tenants with 48 Hours after receipt of notice to communicate intent, but actually they have essentially about 42 days as the lease was already given 11/20/17, just I did not know at the time that, that would not hold.
