Most of the time I don't think that would be an issue, but with small independent managers, it might be.It is very hard to cash flow a property when the largest expense is management fees and those approach or exceed 15% of the income. 

I have places on Vancouver Island and use usednanaimo (it covers the towns where my places are) and kijiji. 

@Lella Bennett Stewart Title is one of the largest Title Policy co around and Empire has been OK as well.What they don't seem to answer is whether you have a gap in your coverage as a result of the transfer to the LLC or as @Tom Gimer points out you might be OK?

March is filling up fast, and Apr/May/June are looking on track to be very full months too.From the guard gate, it's really only five miles to The Island / Kroger / mountain coasters.

Our biggest economic impact comes from being the home of East Carolina University as well as having the largest hospital and medical services east of Raleigh.  

The forum police are massively overhanded here so you will have to read between the lines.Here is the short of it.Travelers are sick of the fees and commissions being charged by the largest OTAs.

Our cabin in Shagbark is a quick 15 minutes to The Island / Kroger / Etc on the PF Parkway.
