So that leaves me just 13 days for the Home Inspection, Title search, Mortgage approval, Oil Sweep, etc.I have been in touch w/ my mortgage guy and we've gotten things ready with all the pre-approvals and documents.Is it possible to close on such a short time frame?

You don't mention whether the flue pipe is for a gas or oil fired piece of equipment but there are things that can be done to solve the problem, fairly inexpensively.
