Being a successful small business owner taught me many valuable skills and gave me a great sense of accomplishment, but with the decline of "traditional playthings" and the rise of electronics as children's entertainment, (do you know a young child that DOESN'T play with a 'screen device' more than wooden blocks?)

I am currently an electronics technician working for the government for 20 plus years and have been in the maintenance field for the 10 years previous to that.

Ideally, I would like to set up a process where the tenants deposit the rent with the company through some electronic means and the company transfers the funds into my bank account.  

We've never collected rent electronically, but we'd like to start.  

The tenant essentially pulls their own report and shares it electronically  (I would not recommend allowing the tenant to bring their own report as it could have been easily altered).  

Even tho we have electronic devices that can do damn near everything, one of the most important things you can do is talk to people.
