We really took the bull by the horns on this one and patched our way through 😅 but I would LOVE some recommendations for a Tax Specialist, lender, and other important people throughout this journey!

Just remember there are less people that can afford the 1 million dollar plus houses than can afford the $300 to $400 thousand dollar houses .

All of these people that responded with "why would you pay?"

People realize they are not going to get 1/3 of value whether it takes a month or a year because of holding and closing costs.

It is easy for people to download fake W2s, ESA paperwork, etc, with a few mouse clicks and a credit card. 

I have given away copies as gifts and loaned mine out to lots of people. 

I’m predicting that people sitting on the sidelines due to rate volatility over the past year will realize that waiting is futile and will stop sitting on their hands.

The investors are people I’ve made relationships with over the years and I brought on partners to help raise capital as well.

Also, most people in probate don't have properties so you have to weed through the probates.
