I've been trying hard to get this wholesaling thing going for 6mo I've studying and studying and cold calling sending emails and nothing what am I doing wrong..my mind says give up but by my heart won't let me so I'm going to just ride the wave...

I give my heart an soul to that town but it has change a lot (and not for the better) slowly but surely I want to start donating to special charity’s and buy old properties and help out families in need.

I know people love TX but I am a beach person at heart!

No monthly payments for the last 12 months (maybe a good heart owner).A limited power of attorney from both parents is all what he needs to try so save the house or sell the house? 

This is weighing on my heart.  

But, I am a contrarian at heart and like to be defiant.

@Nick Ferguson,I think the heart of the matter is that you should find the formula you are most comfortable with and stick to it. 

However, if I can pyramid, reach a goal and start paying off properties by snow balling, I could achieve the level of financial freedom I desire.I am taking your wisdom to heart and will make that snow ball happen as quickly as possible.
