At most they are going to get 2-3 months worth of rent, and if it goes to court judge will look at it and award you rent for however long it's reasonable for you to find a new tenant.

Otherwise, not needed.These basically all go toward proving documented income BTW.Child support recipient - need award letter of amount and recent proof of payment - just because there is an award does not mean the ex (or other parent) is paying.

Start to finish, this process with the landlord took 9 days to complete.I believe the landlord accepted my application fee, intentionally dragged out the application process, and may have knowingly or unknowingly discriminated against me in awarding the room to another tenant whose application likely came in after mine.
