How do you feel about staging your property?

Our financial arrangement is my partner will put the 10% down for the HM lender, and pay closing and holding costs ($65k anticipated) My construction company will be doing the renovation, and I intend my company to bill our partnership for costs incurred (direct cost, no markup obviously).

My partner and I did 16 lease options in Arizona last year and have done 4 more so far this year with another 5 in the rehab stages.

As most of us know, Section 8 requires an inspection before approving the property, setting the rent amount and approving the lease arrangement.
