I think the most important point being, is after the due diligence is complete forget the naysayers, align with like minded goal oriented people and start the process.

I would only suggest that you make sure that those deals align with your goals and are part of your strategy as to why you’re buying I made the mistake of buying good deals because I thought they were good deals.
