Hey guys I’m in Jax fl looking to get my hands dirty on my first real estate deal but I would like to get some first hand experience from someone already in the business here in Jax.

I am a big believer that goals and a plan to achieve them are key.

In either case you can easily calculate how much to sell it for to achieve the yield you both agreed to.

I am a starter in Real Estate Investment(less than 1 year)compared to the average.Still, i believe in challenges and it is my utmost conviction that challenges can be the catapult to propel us toward great achievements or hurl us into the abyss of the anonymous.

However there is still much to learn first hand by doing.

So for anyone who has made this change before, with a wife and a newborn, I would love to hear some of the challenges you experienced and how you were able to overcome those challenges to achieve your dreams.
