He provides listings of different articles and Times Newspapers all pointing to Wall Street buying out all the homes making it impossible for REI to even get started.Never heard of this guy until now, but to be fair I'm only a couple weeks into learning about REI.

hey @Peter Sobotkayou can go to a REA to find tenants. if not try to market to colleges in your area. also post ad on a newspaper. make sure you screen all your tenants. if your interested in renting to people who are in a housing assistance program thats an option.
