Hi All,I was curious what others choose to set their "advance notice" settings within the Airbnb calendar.

I’ve gotten some opinions already about the 90 days notice , but I am curious to hear what the big pockets experts think.

Would love to hear what everyone thinks and am curious to hear everyone’s thoughts on the deal.

I came across paperstac in the process of my research and was curious about whether it was legit, so real world validation is helpful. 

Obviously, I have no intention to start investing in large apartment complexes (Anything larger than 50 units) or incorporate LPs, but curious to hear everyone's opinion on sensitivity tables along with using equity multiple figures.

We do plan to also list with ALE and some other sites, but curious if anyone that has used Apartments.com or a similar site has run into issues with screening potential tenants, since it's a much broader user group than something like FurnishedFinder or TravelNurseHousing.com.
