I would not use full name or last name in any holding company as many will use it for privacy whereas using a name (especially a last name) let's everyone (including renters who may someday have a beef with you) know who you are

For privacy don't put the actual names, but 1 house 5 cars 2 boats in a personal name, 4 houses in an LLC, etc.

After a walk-through inspection three months into the lease, and having told the tenants I would see them again for a walk-through in another 6 months or so, they figured out they weren't going to get the privacy they thought a lease/option would give them.
