Well i did that personally I bought 13 new homes in and around Jackson MS 5 in Madison county which is the wealthiest county in the state.. and 8 in Rankin county.. second wealthiest.. 

In Madison, WI the rentals usually include water but not electric and gas.

In Madison we have a 'de novo' review process of any small claims cases.

The area is descent (downtown Madison, WI close to the University of Wisconsin).

Needless to say the arrangements were set and he was all scheduled to start the trial in Madison when the pharmaceutical company pulled the trial drug and we were left without treatment.. arrangements made were at our risk but worth the effort.  

There was a time when that was not legal in Madison Wisconsin.
