All properties Cash Flow, and as you can imagine all properties were bought pretty low. ($40k, $20k, $25k, and $60k) Equity should be  25%-50% including the purchase price of these properties.

I assumed, foolishly I can imagine, that they would be working smaller banks as well but not locally.

I can’t imagine that many tenants would maintain flower beds.

I put over 8 years in the Air Force and ended up in the United Kingdom, currently working as an Expat with Boeing, so you can imagine I'm trying to research and learn as much as I can from afar.

Imagine what this can do to your property value let alone your community.

Market seems way more balanced than I would have imagined. 

I can't even imagine what my CPA would charge for that LOL.

Of course we don't know for sure what will happen in the future but I imagine these cities will continue to remain desirable.
