It’s highly unlikely that the seller will come to the table when you’re that far apart to begin with, but if they don’t get any other offers you never know, maybe they’ll realize that their asking price is greedy and they’ll meet you in the middle somewhere.

Stacey Thomas Pay to Join my local REI group or pay for a BP Pro membership?

I’d choose it over almost anything other REI subscription (except PropStream and my CRM/Automation software). In addition to finding a deal and financing another in the first 60 days of starting it, we value our own local group because - We get to hang out with like minded people from all walks of life- They have great ideas that blow my mind- We all contribute in our own way- I have new and meaningful friendships- We swap helpful vendor recommendations- We can share / hear wins with / from people who we can be excited with (and without sounding like greedy jerks)- They help me stay encouraged to keep on growing and growing!

Sadiy, in essence, we pay the unfortunates so they don't rob and murder us.All the people making believe it is okay to work without paying taxes, paying for licenses, insurance, payroll taxes, etc. in my book are GREEDY THIEVES and they are robbing and destroying the world around them. This subject raises another hair on the back of my neck and that is the subject about people not wanting illegal immigrants stealing our jobs, not paying taxes and getting billions of dollars in free medical, using our school systems, hospitals and people complain all the time, but those same greedy people use the illegals they hate to mow their lawns, doo 90% of the construction etc, and then it is okay to cheat on taxes, etc.I am not okay with double standards for the greed of money.

However, if you have to get someone out who, for example, has not paid rent be prepared to be called everything, include slum landlord  (probably the nicest description they will toss at you).I'm on a couple of tenant forums on facebook and it's pretty eye opening on what some tenants assume they are owed, including the ability not to pay rent because, after all, the landlord is rich, greedy and generally scummy and free rent should be a right for all tenants.I find that when it has reached this stage I just follow the legal steps in my state to get the renter out of my property.

When we do get audited the IRS and banks always ask for copies of the leases and rental agreements and and trying to save the 20% to 25% income tax you pay is being greedy and stupid.I try to keep my receipts, but I don't get a high percent of them from contractors and I lose a high percent.
