I have a degree in Industrial Engineering and it's benefitted me greatly however I also walked away with tons of student debt.I'd take a year off:-Get your real estate license-Get involved in that industry-If you're worried about money enroll in a software bootcamp to become a developer or a data scientist so you can bring in money during those hard times.If all else fails finish your degree, you're young and you can afford to fail!
