I am currently employed full time as an IT contractor for the Navy (in Norfolk, VA) and am currently in school for my real estate salesperson license.

I recently opened a high yield savings account with navy federal credit union and I have another high yield savings account with another credit union too.

Alameda has lot of navy/coast guard and they're always renting.Vacaville/Fairfield has big air force base.If you really want to get crazy with it, do it by room.
