I'd say among the 30-40 flips I oversaw, I sourced probably about 50% from the MLS and 50% between wholesalers/other off market sources. 

My personal experience from my business travels has been that we North American anglophones, as a whole, are culturally among the least willing to accommodate allophones in our "home", but conversely carry an unrealistic expectation to be accommodated in English when away from "home".  

Just not responding at all or lying.In CA, it became popular among the corporate apartment communities to just answer with the dates of tenancy and if asked if they'd rent to them again, the pat answer (which must be taught in seminars, I swear) is "If they qualified again, I would rent to them again."  

If there were a way to do it, and to split the bill among the tenants, and assurance that tenants would get incredible reliable internet service, then i would reconsider.

The colors at the time were neutrals and looked nice among the large old trees.  

The monthly profits from the rental are split evenly among the 3 people.

We also did not give them access to our garage, which is on a different lock just because we have lots of tools in there that we don't want people using or misplacing.We split utilities among the number of people in the house.We did allow guests and personally never had a problem with it.If they are allowed to use your kitchen, and you have nice cookware, I highly recommend you have a cheap set (or they supply their own) for them to use.

I do agree that if you have an apartment building and some section 8 and regular rentals among the units it can cause issues.

We're starting to rent to students and want to learn more how to best write and manage the lease among the tenants.We have a duplex with two, three-bedroom units.

I've noticed more banks in this area using AUCTION.COM to sell REO's.Also, if you can "get in good" with the listing agents, they'll will notify you when they get a new one.But at the end of the day, it's super hard to find deals among the REOs that meet our investment formula/criteria.
