I have yet to see a free course be anything worthwhile but there are some that are relatively cheap for what they give you.I personally am a mid 6 figure earner & have been in land for 8 years now.I have numerous course, including Bosch's.

I am trying to decide if this is a worthwhile endeavor.From what I have read, the main benefit is early access to MLS for purchasing homes and saving on commission costs while selling homes.This leads to two questions: - Is simply having early access to new listings worth $600, or is it only worthwhile if I plan on flipping and selling a property on my own?

A five year hold with the example reflects: Cash out refinance (NET tax free): +/- $215KCashflow assuming 6% interest at 900K: $42KDepreciation write-off: $150KRealized income: $407K ($81K per year)Now, paying $800K for an asset which might be actually worth $750K (6.5 CAP) seems worthwhile.
