Due to the nature of the shorter lease terms, I am spending an excessive amount of time updating my Excel spreadsheet, MLS, business website, Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms.

It's also good to read local business journals and visit the chamber of commerce website. 

I would check on this website on the find an agent feature or search Zillow for teams/agents in your area doing 25 or more deals a year.

There are only 3 reviews on their website which are all extremely generic and I think aren't real.
