I'd suggest you read the post that "volunteer" made on here today.

Hi Rita,I'm not out of the rat race yet, but the thing that got me to jump into the business was when I was a volunteer at a state prison in WA, teaching a class on life skills.

Only two. 6) never volunteer owner disclosures at the point of contract even though it's required by state law.

This gal whips out a fistfull of hundreds and volunteers to pay six months rent right now in cash!!!

It’s one more chance to get them to volunteer information.

4-Go back 2 more meetings & Find the people Specializing in that which U Think I MIGHT be interested in....ask them if they'd like a working w/a PARTNER on 1 project, or maybe if they'd like some volunteer help 2 get a feel 4 what they're doing?

yep interning at a realtor's office is a good idea... you can also volunteer if they are not willing to pay you

In an effort to make our site even friendlier, I'd like to officially ask everyone to try their best to help out and become a member of the welcoming squad.This is not an official group, but a set of volunteers who will, when they can, make some of the newer members feel a bit more welcome here.

During this discussion, the neighbor volunteered that the entire HVAC system needed replacing and the property owner did not have the money to have the work done....needless to say, the “hot” prospects did not rent the property.Rather than calling local HVAC service companies from the online Yellow Pages and question the quote she received, the owner alerted neighbors to a potential problem with her property which was reported incorrectly to prospective residents.$ * An owner while arranging for some routine repair work at her vacant home decided to turn OFF the AC to save money on the electricity.

I'll let the money people wiegh in on that one for sure though.As for associations in general, the reason I volunteered for this one is because the last one I was in was a nightmare.
