Staging that shows a bed can fit with the second bedroom and office or nursery?

Go to a local nursery an have them design something or give you ideas. 

I have already gotten them a welcome gift bag prior to them moving in- since they just had a baby, I got them a baby outfit, a large wall decal for the nursery, and baby cleaning supply..

YOu have to follow the chain of title and see who did what to who to see if you have those rights or not.Also to take timber from a property you cannot do that out this way with out owning said timber VIA a Timber Deed or some sort of written agreement to purchase or log said timber.. or nursery stock or what have you.. and if you do go on to someone else's property its treble damages for stealing it because that's what you doing..

We invited tenants to come with us to the nursery to pick out plants and we paid for the starter plants.  

This debate is no longer about facts.We can clearly see we have one group, mainly consisting of liberals who believe you should follow the letter of the law and abide by what the state dictates is fair and equitable as government should be unquestioned legal and moral arbiter of what is best for society.And we have another group mainly consisting of conservatives/libertarians who believe they should be free to make their own decisions on what they want to do with their own properties even if the government wants otherwise for a greater "social good."

Maybe it would work for a baby nursery, etc.As for comp range - that seems really wide.  

Or maybe partner on an apartment or buy into a syndication where the investment would be totally passive.The biggerpockets community is challenging my thinking -- and better yet, showing me my unquestioned beliefs and motivations.
