I replaced the latch on a portable dishwasher and yet for some reason it still isn't latching. Does anyone have experience with portable dishwashers? I have attached photos for reference.

It is hard to troubleshoot the issues with the limited info given.What are the comps?

Electrical problem in one room requires an electrician to trouble shoot and prepare a cost estimate for repair.

This will help me troubleshoot.

Anyway today, my husband goes down to troubleshoot another issue and there are a bunch of people standing in the apartment and they hear the beep and collectively they decided it came from smoke alarm.

I also provide a move-in sheet with my contact info, handy numbers, rent payment options and care/troubleshooting steps for the unit.

Then help them, as you would a peer, to troubleshoot the "why" of the failure and, when ready, to try again.

But I am fairly close to my properties and fairly handy in trouble shooting issues and repairs, I don't always do the repair myself.So in general, I TRY to work with the tenants.
