Tenants are responsible for property taxes, insurance on the building, and common area and maintenance costs under triple net lease.

I'm 100% certain with the foundation, it's the overhead I want to double/triple check. 

Some people are finding their insurance tripling, especially closer to the coast. 

This is on top of the triple or more in pricing over the last 10 years.

I became notorious as the 'guy who did a triple eviction'.

Most of my investors have doubled if not tripled their value from 3-5 years ago in multiple states. 

after about $550,000 in remodel costs we reopened the wash under a new name with new logos and branding. we introduced targeted online marketing ads, negotiated wholesale pricing deals with local car dealerships to offer a year of free carwashes with the purchase of a new vehicle. created a monthly newsletter and sourced emails from local businesses. all in all I would say we double or tripled the bottom line numbers of the business in six months and boosted google reviews thru the roof!

The have pretty much tripled in value in 6 years.  

But if the value tripled on a 40K house you did only net 80K.

What I would say is don't try to hit a home run, triple, or even a double!
