Are you expecting work travelers who will be out all day working?

We purchased an RV last year under our personal names that is primarily used for business travel.

Mid-term clients (think traveling nurses, corporate relocations) often overlap with ALE's clientele.

I travel quite a bit, but I am primarily in San Diego. 

Their strategy focused on targeting traveling nurses, a niche market with reliable demand.As for repeating the process in the same city, it's doable but requires careful planning.

The lower unit is small and gets rented 6-9 months at a time to traveling school people like occupational therapists.

Health professionals are generally looking for 1-2 bedrooms and even travelers in other professions look for that size unit.

I don't travel much anymore so I don't get to see a lot of things in person.
