I am tired of cleaning up those messes.

They are tired of paying usuary and having people without any experience structuring deals.

The trucks broke all of the drainage pipes under the drive way, they are still able to allow water to flow but the edges of the pipes are sharp so if tire hit it the wrong way then it may put a hole in tire of a vehicle.

They were probably getting tired of me with all my questions.

I ended up in Cleveland and Memphis and one of the companies I'm working with is yours :)I'm not sure I know enough to not lose my original investment, but I just got tired of making excuses for myself and felt like I was in a decent enough financial position (very grateful for that) to take a chance and if all goes poorly I figured I'd at least get a solid education and foundation to build from.

So I have excellent experience with tired landlords. 

I am sort of tired of "I am a good tenant because I pay on time" so do an "X" for me right away; basically treating a landlord as a room service. 

I'm still not sure how I will fund the deal but tired of waiting.

She was afraid AND tired of hearing me talk about it with no action, i brought a deal that made sense and we have never looked back.
