House needs some Interior Cosmetic Work, Wood Fence Repairs and some Plumbing Work.I want to turn and run, but I recently heard where there is a Problem, there is Opportunity.I thought this might be an interesting Case Study.Thanks for the Ideas.

It seems like location would be especially critical with pad-split (and similar systems), but I’d love to hear your thoughts on what to watch out for in terms of zoning, safety, or demand.Also, I’ve traditionally rented out units the regular way, so I’m curious how screening tenants works for you with the pad-split (and similar) model.

My thought was that I would need a tax guy/accountant to file for this year now that I purchased a duplex.

Anyone in sales knows, you are going to have to be prepared for a lot of "Nos" to get to the "Yes".
