I purchased and renovated a house with a separate legal mother/daughter apartment that I am preparing to Airbnb here in Central NJ. 

I don't have personal experience with it, but when the app was first developed, I contacted the developer and put the app through a fairly robust test usage to see if it's something I would want to recommend to my clients (I'm a CPA).I think the app is great for its intended purpose and I do recommend it to my clients now (and have for about 18 months now). 

@Jason Dubon I use a percentage of the rental income to prepare for expenses.

But be prepared because you are probably dealing with a professional tenant.

The soil composition had to be tested and cleared before development could begin.

I've seen folks charge as high as $5,000 to $10,000 for tax planning and tax preparation, But i also know high quality folks that have fees are around $1,200 to 2k.
