One is a tech engineer, running a team.

The only tech company based here that I know of is Neighborly, which has several hundred employees.

You are looking for issues with the foundation and any other exterior anomalies like giant trees that could be in the sewer line or pressing against the foundation of the house, evidence of buried tanks, where the septic and leach field is, etc.There are plenty more things to focus on as well, but these four are often neglected by newer out-of-state investors relying on an agent or friend as their boots.What else did I miss?

Giving the recurring issues with labor quality and scarcity, would you say automation tools like construction 3d printing or other tech are worth exploring?

I’m 25 years old and early in a tech career.

But the tech isnt ready, custody isnt ready really, secondary markets arent ready, and i think this all needs to come from institutional down.

The city is growing and the macroeconomics is great - lots of job growth and population growth and major tech companies moving out here and developing like Intel, Google, Amazon, Meta, etc.

As the tech sector continues to expand and bring high-paying jobs to the area, demand is likely to surge again.

So no giant pile of cash to target sitting around somewhere.
