Yes, I also feel hesitant about letting other tenants know that I am the property owner.I agree that targeting areas with good neighborhoods and higher class ratings is a safer choice.

The best amenities for Airbnb in terms of ROI often depend on your target audience and the location of your property.

I suggest before that, get heavily networked into your target market. namely with the older investors.

If you're targeting MFR properties in more affordable markets, these options could free up the funds you need without disrupting your cash flow too much.
