For a list that small you may get lucky and no one will notice but in general you can easily run into frequent litigators that are just waiting to get called and file suit.

Many of them struggle to relinquish control and delegate tasks to specialists who are better suited for those specific jobs.

I do not accept cash app or zelle as those seem better suited for personal transactions than for something like rent payments.

Your scattered approach is going nowhere fast (analysis paralysis) and is highly likely to result in someone taking advantage of you:(Recommend:1) Figuring out what investment approach suits your skills & risk tolerance2) Determining where in the US to apply your chosen approach3) Learning everything you can about that market4) Networking & building contacts & team in the market5) Doing a "test" investment in that market to make sure your expectations are met6) Investing more if your expectations are met.-- If not, go back to step #1 as you many have chosen the wrong approach!

Chat rooms, inteoduction to email etc. . 2nd phase of the internet was the apps phase, think instagram, twitter, snapchat etc. 

They can provide personalized advice and may have access to loan programs that suit your needs.

This whole thing reminds me of the commercial where someone tries to do surgery because they stayed at a LaQuinta Inn & Suite.     

@Jerry Shen I apologize if this is a repeat of info or if it constitutes an "application" that you don't trust, but your thread prompted me to locate Propy.com, whose website says "Propy allows buyers, sellers, brokers, and escrow/title agents/notaries to come together through the utilization of a suite of smart contracts on blockchain to facilitate transactions."

This yields the % up or down we are in the current Q relative to the last fully closed Q, so as the transactions roll in each day I get an idea of the current Q's direction.I'll always advocate for building your own tools so you can build them to suit whatever your development schemes require for the best experience, efficiency, and confidence.
