Remember that the 1% rule as well as cap rates are only guidelines that will stir further interest.  

The announcement initially stirred up the ideas of property value and rental ballooning even more but that was all laid to rest when Amazon pulled put of the deal.

The only reason the news media freaks out about down markets is they are consumer driven....and they're too busy stirring up angst to get ratings to bother commenting that down markets = lower prices = more affordable housing.The point I think we should focus on here is that we, as investors, can benefit from either and upward or downward trend.  

I of course have advised that they call the police, however they are afraid of him, too, and don't want to stir the pot. 

It's a pretty small town and things move very... slowly around here, but I'll see if I can't stir up some interest. 

I posted an add in FB marketplace to see what kind of interest it may stir up and I've been overwhelmed with inquiries.

My price reductions could very well have stirred up business from the people browsing their sites, but none would know of the reductions since they are not good stewards of my data. sad.. .. ..
