It's a lot easier purchasing a site that's ran as a "company" because they have systems in place, they have to, and those can be transferred with staff keeping operations in tact.

What is mentioned in that article is very sad but these are local people linked to drug activities, with sadly some innocent (overwhelmingly) local victims as collateral but the shootings rarely happen in the places where tourists go.

If anyone has experience running their own nonprofit, could you walk me through the process and share how overwhelming the paperwork is?
