Upon reviewing the invoices the line items in framing the change in the net price of specific items is less than 1% from the time of bid to the price paid due to falling lumber prices.  

BIM also allows us to produce a complete list of materials from the beginning, including specific items and accurate quantities.

There are a few book learning places but they are usually for trade specific items that are somewhat technical in nature. 

What other specific items should I be aware of?
