Hi Bradley,It might be smart to call the property owner and see what the actual policy is for this.If it's no pets, then Grandfathering in the Pet Owners (allowing them to keep leasing with pets) might be a good business move.And as a Property Manager, I'm sure you know, some of the units will have "Secret Pets" that are not on the lease.Secret cats, I just don't see them--they are invisible.Secret Puppies and Dangerous Breeds gotta go.
