We share the same sentiments. 

My view is at the state level there is some anti STR sentiment.  

I've been thinking about expressing my sentiments for several weeks on this forum. 

Hopefully, sentiment has changed, and the city is amendable for us to do as such.

Her sentiment now I understand you got the house and the money you gave me helped me BUT she wants more and feels I took advantage of her as we worked on this deal for 4 months (following up to close).  

I'll echo the sentiment shared by a few of my colleagues above. 

BTW a "good title search" is worth the paper it is printed on (or perhaps the cost of the search as max liability) without a title policy.The basic sentiment of this thread is for the rest of us who aren't sitting on $5mm cash and can't afford to or don't wish to self-insure.

I hate to see them lose all of that equity, and I also have sentimental value in the home.

We are also at such shortages(not as bad as a 2 years ago), but bad enough that supply shortage being the sentiment on housing price strength is no longer a bullish sentiment.
