I'm very interested in MTR but I want to have a way to adapt if the market gets saturated in my area.

I know this area is very popular and some say over-saturated (I think thats any popular tourist area these days).

Great that you are aware with the current saturation and economy it will not be a huge cash cow as of now but appreciation will always be great here.

Not as saturated as other markets.
