What's your thoughts on me setting up owner finance on my property?

I have reviewed their properties which is in line with the type of assets I like to own for cash flow. 

Buyers don't look for financing and its foreign so they don't jump on a forsale listing on zillow.I've had the best (only) luck with zillow rental adds,   starting with the pitch;  rent to own, live in a great home while you pay off owning it. 

Using mortgage debt at 6-7% on a refinance to pay off higher rate debt such as a credit card at 15-25% is a savings!

What do you work on? 

All of my day-to-day expenses and the bulk of the revenue flow through the main account.
