So, while I do agree with the above characteristics of a D class neighborhood by responders, I don't think that is the whole story.

Like BP.Just responded to a guy who bought a section 8 remote and is finding out the hard way that this was a mistake.

My whole point to responding to your post here is to help avoid that people who might have been considering investing in the Costa del Sol discard the opportunity because they think it's like Southern Italy.

He is always there for people even if you are not in his program he will respond to questions etc.
