And all of a sudden they stopped responding.

But they are simple, respond quickly to questions, Lloyds is their underwriter, etc. 

Also, often times leasing is about who can respond to inquiries the quickest and offer the most convenience.

Of course, it's always smart to keep funds aside for unforeseen or emergency related costs.Others who have already responded have provided some great opinions.
