Just remember though, that you also build your own reputation as a developer, and if you get know for being too pushy and inconsiderate that these consultants have other clients to serve too, or that you fire too quickly...you will run out of people to work with.

If you are working with a reputable company, then you buy the property, hold the property and look up 7-10 years down the road and have a home that has increased in value and a debt that has been reduced by your renter.
